In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society
Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), these provisions govern the use of the
Website service http://www.ucersa.com, (hereinafter "Website") made available
by UCERSA to Internet users.
Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the
telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by users.
Certain services are exclusive to our clients and access is restricted. Services provided
by UCERSA in general are priced (VAT not included) as indicated in the corresponding
service proposal and are in no case offered or provided through the portal service.
In those cases and sections where our Website offers Electronic Commerce services
subject to contracting or economic consideration, the General Terms and Conditions of
Contract specified in each case must be accepted.
Use of the Website confers the status of Website user (hereinafter, User) and implies
acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice.
The provision of the Website service is limited in duration to the time during which the
User is connected to the Website or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore,
the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each occasion they intend to use the
Website, as it and its terms of use set out in this Legal Notice may be subject to changes.

All elements forming the Website, understood to include by way of example only,
texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other
audiovisual or audio content, as well as its structure, graphic design, source codes,
logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs appearing on it, are the property of
UCERSA or its collaborators and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and
industrial property rights.
The Website owner (UCERSA) expressly prohibits the use of "framing" or the use by
the User or third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original
configuration or content of our Website.
The use of the content must respect its particular licensing. Accordingly, its use,
reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other similar
or analogous activity is strictly prohibited unless prior and express authorisation has
been obtained from the Website owner, UCERSA.
Only total or partial reproduction of the texts and content provided by the Website is

UCERSA accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on information provided
on the Website, nor for the harm and losses suffered by the User or third parties as
a result of actions based solely on information obtained from the Website.
The information is subject to possible periodic changes without prior notice due to
expansion, improvement, correction or updating of the Website's content.
5.2.- REGARDING WEBSITE SERVICE QUALITY
Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of UCERSA to monitor
for the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is the
User's responsibility in all cases to have adequate tools available for the detection

UCERSA accepts no responsibility for damage caused to the computer equipment of
Users or third parties during the provision of the Website service, nor for the
malfunction of the web browser or the use of outdated versions thereof.
5.3.- REGARDING SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Access to the Website requires third-party services and supplies, including transport
through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and
operation are not the responsibility of UCERSA. Consequently, the services provided
through the Website may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to
or simultaneously with the provision of the Website service.
UCERSA accepts no responsibility for damages of any kind suffered by the User
arising from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause
the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during or prior
to its provision.
5.4.- REGARDING CONTENT AND SERVICES LINKED THROUGH THE
PORTAL
The Website access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even
search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter,
"Linked Sites"). In such cases, UCERSA acts as an intermediary service provider in
accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002 of 12 July on Information Society Services
and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and shall only be liable for the content and services
provided on Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness
and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.
Should the User consider that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content,
they may notify UCERSA in accordance with the procedure and effects set out in
clause 7, without such notification implying any obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case shall the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements
with those responsible for or owners of such sites, nor the recommendation, promotion
or identification of UCERSA with the statements, content or services provided therein.
UCERSA is not aware of the content and services of Linked Sites and therefore accepts
no responsibility for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness,
unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of Linked Sites,
nor for any other damage not directly attributable to UCERSA.
6.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In cases where personal data is collected, processed or stored, this will be done in
accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website, which can be found
in the footer of the Website.

The Website uses cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy, which can be found
in the footer of the Website.
8.- REPORTING UNLAWFUL OR INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES
In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that Linked Sites
refer to pages whose content or services are unlawful, harmful, degrading, violent or
contrary to morality, they may contact UCERSA providing the following details:

In the event of an infringement of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property,
the personal details of the owner of the infringed right where this is a different person
from the person reporting. They must also provide documentation proving the
legitimacy of the rights holder and, where applicable, authorisation to act on behalf
of the rights holder where this is a different person from the person reporting;
Express declaration that the information contained in the complaint is accurate.
UCERSA's receipt of the notification provided for in this clause shall not, pursuant
to the LSSICE, constitute actual knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated
by the person reporting.
They must also provide documentation proving the legitimacy of the rights holder and,
where applicable, authorisation to act on behalf of the rights holder where this is a
different person from the person reporting.
9.- AMENDMENT OF THE LEGAL NOTICE
In order to improve the Website's services, UCERSA reserves the right to make, at any
time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained
on the Website, to its configuration and design, and to this legal notice, as well as to
any other particular conditions. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice on each
and every occasion they access the Website.
10.- JURISDICTION
UCERSA reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems necessary
for the improper use of the Website and its Content, or for breach of these Legal Notice
conditions.
For all matters arising from the interpretation, application and compliance with this
Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, all parties involved
shall submit to ordinary jurisdiction and to the Courts and Tribunals that correspond
in accordance with the law.

The law applicable in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms
